About two years ago, the shareholders at the time of Ditec decided to consider different alternatives for the future for the company. The shareholders were determined to find and select a partner to support Ditec’s strategic mission in automatic entrance systems. The criteria included partnering with a strong and determined industrial group, willing to invest with the aim to continue Ditec’s successful development experienced over the past 35 years.
